My Place is an extremely good investment as it is located near to one of the most well known colleges in the Klang Valley such as Taylor’s College, INTI College and Metropolitan College. As My Place is situated near to many amenities that are mostly located within short walking distances away, this apartment is very popular amongst students studying at the colleges there especially those that are from the outstations.

Rental rates of My Place are good with some units being able to fetch up to RM4,300 per month for the whole unit.
