Taman Sutera Utama development, which is a part of Iskandar Johor, is developed by Tanah Sutera Development. It is a consortium that combines established and renowned Singapore and Malaysian organizations, namely Keppel Land, CapitaLand and Lee Rubber Co (Pte) Ltd from Singapore, and PNB-owned Pelangi, Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera and Primesite from Malaysia. The same consortium is also developing the 323-acre Taman Sutera.
