Suri Puteri, together with Puteri Business Avenue is built on leasehold land with a commercial title. For those who prefer a quiet residential enclave, may find this mixed development less than cosy.

The development is right in the middle of many commercial and industrial properties in Seksyen 20 and surrounding parcels, Seksyen 23 and Seksyen 21.
