Subang Bestari is a 500-acre residential-cum-commercial township nestled in Shah Alam. It hosts a vast array of residences including terraces, townhouses, bungalows, semi-detached homes, condominiums and medium-cost apartments.
The first medium-cost apartment is Seri Galaksi, which consists of 6-storey medium-cost apartment blocks with a total of 120 units. It was launched from RM92,000 and comes with built-up size of 840 sf. It was a delayed project by the developer.
That was followed with Seri Kejora, a 5-storey medium-cost apartment and Seri Bintang, a low-cost apartment. Seri Kejora comprises of 827sf with a total of 254 units, and was launched from RM120,000. Meanwhile, Seri Bintang has a total of 432 units with built-up size of 750 sf, and was tagged from RM64,800.
Most of the developments here in Subang Bestari are 2-storey terrace houses, which are named Karyawan, Budiman, Pendita, Nuri and Aman. All these houses have already sold out and most of them were completed. It sits on various land sizes – 22′ × 70′, 24′ × 70′, 24′ × 77′ and up to 22′ × 80′ (Pendita II). These earlier phases were launched from RM172,000.
The recent developments of 2-storey terraces include Dinar, Emas and Bayu. Each unit sits on 20′ × 70′, 22′ × 70′ or 25′ × 75′ land with built-ups ranging from 1,885 sf to 2,573 sf. These phases were launched from RM255,750.
There are only 2 types of semi-detached homes in Subang Bestari, namely Nilam I and II. It has built-up size of 4,423 sf on 2,502 sf of land size. There are a total of 20 units, and they were launched from RM805,000.
The previous developments of bungalows in Subang Bestari are Zamrud I and II with built-ups of 3,231 sf and land size of 6,855 sf. There are a total of 18 units with prices started from RM1,140,000. The latest bungalows are Safira A, B and C with lot size of 6,000 sf and built-ups ranging from 4,354 to 4,633 sf. Its prices starting from RM1,911,340.
The first commercial component in Subang Bestari comprises 3-storey shop-office with land size of 22′ × 75′ and built-up of 4,500 sf. There are a total of 18 units with prices starting from RM679500. Also, the developer has launched another shop-office, named Nova III. It is priced from RM1,160,000.
This residential vicinity is complete with basic amenities for the residents. There are 2 schools located inside the township, namely SK Subang Bestari and SMK Subang Bestari. There as well a surau, public hall, football field and recreation areas as well as its prominent 15-acre lake.
Subang Bestari is accessible via Jalan Sungai Buloh which is connected to Guthrie Corridor Highway (access to New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE)), Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang (access to Federal Highway), Jalan Kuala Selangor and Persiaran Mahogani (access to Kota Damansara).
HELP University College (HELP) will open its ‘Green Technology’ Campus right next to Subang Bestari. It comprises of a 24-acre land and will accommodate about 13,000 students. With the opening of this campus, it will attract more people to live in the area. Hence, it is hoped that the population increment will help boast the vicinity with more shops and F&B outlets which seemed lacking at this moment.
