Section 6 is a residential development located within the developing neighborhood of Shah Alam. There are many similar developments within close proximity, namely Section 1 to Section 24, Desa Alam and Cahaya Alam.
The enclave of Section 6 comprises mainly of landed residential properties such as bungalow lands, terrace / link houses, semi-detached houses and bungalow houses. The area consists of predominantly semi-detached houses which have an average built-up size of 4,500 sf with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, while bungalows are largely similar. Terrace / link houses on the other hand typically have an average built-up size of 1,500 sf with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
As the enclave is situated within Section 6, residents will be able to enjoy easy access to a wide range of amenities. To begin with, there are many rows of shop-lots and offices that are within a stone’s throw away. For more varieties, one could always head to Shah Alam’s commercial hub, or Tadisma Business Park and Bukit Jelutong Business and Technology Center. Residents could also head to Suk Sport Complex and Sport Complex Section 6, both of which are merely 5-minute drive away.
Additionally, Section 6 is within close proximity to many schools and educational institutions. The closest school would be SK Seksyen 6, followed by SK Bandar Anggerik, SK Seksyen 9 and SMK Seksyen 9 – all of which are no more than 2km away. Among the higher educational instituion nearby includes Kolej Seroja, University Teknologi Mara, Faculty of Computer & Mathematical Sciences and Kolej Cempaka.
The enclave is well positioned for easy access via several major highways, namely Federal highway, Baru Lembah Kelang highway, and NKVE. The main road to and fro Section 6 is Persiara Kayangan which links directly to Federal highway. There are several bus and taxi stands along that road, while Taxi Stand PKNS, and Hentian Bandar Shah Alam is no more than 2km away.
Section 6 is a matured neighborhood that have been around for several years. That being said though, most properties have been exceptionally well maintained, along with several new developments coming up. The main appeal would be it’s low density along with strategic positioning which provides residents with lush greenery as the surrounding and at the same time, not compromising in terms of convenience.
