    Most people see Puncak Perdana as a great investment as UiTM Puncak Perdana is situated within a stone's throw away. There are still on-going developments such as the Nusa Rhu that may help to push properties value higher. However, the area is still growing and far from being a matured residential neighborhood. There are plenty of undeveloped lands surrounding Puncak Perdana. It is expected to take about 10 years down the road for the township to be fully developed.
