Setia City Mall is scheduled to be completed in first quarter of 2012. The 2nd phase of the mall is scheduled to commence in 2014. Besides that, there are lines of F&B outlets in the mall and a food court. The shopping mall is complemented with a 10.5 acres landscaped park. The park is equipped with a water jet plaza and supported by childrenâ€™s play facilities. There are over 2,500 car park bays provided within this shopping mall.
Setia City Mall is on its way to achieve the Green Mark certification. Among the elements to be implemented in the mall are efficient chiller plant, energy-saving light fixtures, rainwater harvesting system for toilets and irrigation, recycled materials for construction and 2% energy consumption from solar energy as well as green leases.
