The Heritage initially attracted a lot of international investors, as it is guaranteed a rental return of 6% per annum for 3 years over on a profit-share basis. Annual returns were set to exceed 8%, and capital appreciation was thought to climb. This was due to 3 main factors: the developer is a reputable company, it is run by the same management of the 5-star Palace of the Golden Horses hotel, and it was deemed to be in a strategic location.
The main pulling point of The Heritage is that it is part of the Mines Resort City area. This means that it is close to shopping, entertainment, and educational facilities (public, private, and international).
