Hunza Projecties is a reputable developer, which previously has completed many high-end luxury in Penang Island. It is currently developing Gurney Paragon, one of the most expensive properties in Penang.

The piece of land that Mutiara Seputeh sits on, is most probably the last piece of freehold land in the city center area. The development was built on elevated land, where there is only 6 units per acre. It is nestled in a quiet, serene neighborhood and tucked away from high rises, maddening crowds, heavy traffic, noises and pollution.

Bukit Seputeh is located behind Sungai Besi Airport. While it is no longer operating commercial flights, the place is still used as base for Royal Malaysias Air Force and Royal Selangor Flying Club. Every now and then, there will be sounds of flights taking off.
