There are 4 different types of villas present at this resort, and they are the Travelers Palm Villa, Canary Palm Villa, Ivory Palm Villa, and Royale Palm Villa.
These villas comprise of the world’s 1st eco-friendly sea hotel. There are also several facilities currently available as well as ‘in the works’. These include retail outlets, restaurants on the shore, cafes, kids hotel, and a theme park. These are all expected to be completed in 2010. The Travelers Palm Villa is a double storey villa. The lower unit prices start from RM741,000 and the upper unit prices start from RM791,000. The Canary Palm Villa costs RM1,147,900. The Ivory Palm Villa costs RM1,748,500, and the top of the line Royale Palm Villa costs RM3,148,600.

Due to the price tag, Sepang Goldcoast only caters for one kind of investor – the rich investor who is interested in timeshare resorts. Obviously this will not suit all, as investors cannot live in their investment properties here except for about 2 weeks of the year unless they take up the villas. There are a number of financial incentives which will assist investors to go ahead with purchasing a part of this property, such as guaranteed rental returns. However, it is not stated on the website how much these rental returns will be.
