The Capers (also known as The Capers @ Sentul East) comes in a unique design with curve. It is a project by YTL Land & Development in Sentul, which is one of the most well known developers.
It consists of two blocks of towers with 40-storey for each block. It comprises duplex townhouse-style of condominium units.
The Capers is the fourth development launched in Sentul East, following the highly successful The Maple, The Tamarind, and The Saffron. These are part of the city renewal project to refurbish the historical part of Sentul East. It is situated in the heart of Sentul East with about 15 minutes from city center. Potentially, it is one of the luxury condominiums in Kuala Lumpur with reasonable price.
KTM Commuter train station and the STAR LRT station is just within a walking distance from The Capers. By public transport, it will be easier to reach the city. In future, YTL has planned the development of the Sentul Skywalk, an elevated pedestrian walkway for easy linkage to the public transports. In terms of amenities such as shopping and leisure, one can find gourmet delis, cafes and designer boutiques. Throughout the pedestrian walkways and Sentul’s unique skyway, one can find a hypermarket.
The Capers is in the same location where The Tamarind and The Saffron is, which is Sentul East. The Capers will be as luxurious as The Maple in Sentul West when completed, if not more. Nonetheless, it is commonly well-built with good finishes and in fact tallies with its price tag.
The Capers is certainly a development significance of potential return of investment. Just within 15 minutes or less away from KLCC, it has served to add on the appreciation value. In such a way, this particular development is one of the most valuable investments in Kuala Lumpur area. Sentul East appears much better from the inside area compared to the outside area of old fashioned Sentul. Although Sentul East faces old shop units that look unpleasant to some people, at least there is some chic and stylish view on the inside.
