Panorama Residences was supposed to launch at the end of 2008 under Sentul Prime name. Then it was delayed to end of 2009 whereby this condominium was named Panorama Residences and shall comprise smaller built-up units from 935 sf to 1,041 sf, with the same 435 units at estimated price of RM250 psf.
Due to unknown reasons, the developer has postponed the official launch of Panorama Residences – perhaps the developer was waiting for the best time to launch this as now they can sell Panorama Residences for about RM300 psf.
The design of each layout type at Panorama Residences is identical and very similar and yet very practical. The only difference is only the size of master bedroom and Type B’s master bedroom comes with individual balcony – but it is not private though as it can be connected to the balcony from the living area.
Panorama Residences is well situated near to aplenty of amenities – within mere minutes of walking distance. However, please take note that it is next to a school on the East, a mosque on the West and a college on the South.
