The developer of 1Sentul is not a new name in property development world, as its portfolio includes Alam Puri in Jalan Ipoh, Taman Midah apartment and Bandar Damai Perdana in Cheras. Adding to that, the company will launch a new development named Tree Lodge in SS3.

The location of 1Sentul is quite away from the fast-growing YTL’s Sentul township. Adding to that, it is surrounded by villages and old terraces. Hence, it lacks of the luxury and elite feel. However, at the said price, it can be considered affordable for middle-income earners to live nearby the city centre.
