Being a Kuala Lumpur socialite, most of us crave the laid back and relaxed lifestyle of the backwater, yet are unwilling to leave civilization behind. Nusa Intan promises to provide both, by being in reasonably close proximity to the city, yet providing a better lifestyle of the city outskirts, making it an ideal home for those whose careers lie in the south of Klang Valley.
In terms of reliability, Seri Pajam Development shows high promises, with the two completed townships which are 90% occupied and several more housing projects that are moving smoothly. As the demand for bigger houses are at affordable costs in a more sublime lifestyle increases, the prices for property based in Nusa Intan shows potential for long term staying and good for investment as well.
