Bandar Rinching, Semenyih
Bandar Rinching is a residential township situated in Semenyih, Selangor. It was developed by Rhombus which was completed in 1994. It is within close vicinity to Taman Pelangi Semenyih and a huge PGA Camp.
Bandar Rinching comprises of terrace houses, semi-detached houses, bungalows and shops. The 1-storey terrace houses have land area of 20’ x 60’ with built-up sizes of 2,400 sf. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 2-storey terrace houses have land area of 18’ x 60’ with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Semi-detached houses on the other hand have built-up size of about 3,200 sf and containing 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bungalows in turn have large land area of about 10,000 sf with built-up size of around 4,000 sf. The bungalow comes with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. To serve the residents, the shop lots’ land area is 1,650 sf and built-up size is 4,990 sf.
Apart from the shop lots area within Bandar Rinching, residents can go to Econsave and The Store, both located about a 6-minute short drive away. Residents can find amenities such as retail outlets, restaurants and more there. Besides that, Jalan Semenyih Sentral 2 also houses various restaurants such as Kang Master Chef, Restaurant Pangkor Laut Steamboat and more which is about a 7 minutes short drive away.
Klinik Mogan is the nearest medical institution that is positioned to Bandar Rinching which is about 2km away. A more established medical centre would be Hospital Kajang which is situated about a 13 minutes short drive away via Jalan Semenyih.
SK Bandar Rinching and SMK Bandar Rinching are the only 2 school situated within the vicinity. Other schools like SJK(C) Sin Ming, SK Semenyih and the more notable University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus are all located within a 3km radius. Bandar Rinching is accessible via Jalan Semenyih and Jalan Bangi. Alternative routes to get there include Jalan Sungai Lalang and also the Kajang Seremban Highway.
The township is divided into 4 sections with Bandar Rinching Section 1 and 2 being the bigger residential zones. There are still many on-going developments mainly within close proximity to Section and 1 and Section 4. A huge Tesco Semenyih and a commercial hub called Wang Commercial Square are set to be built just opposite of Section 4.
Apart from that, there is a police station Semenyih that is still under construction and sited opposite of Bandar Rinching Section 4. With the many planned developments within close vicinity, the appreciation of the property values looks promising.
However, certain units in Bandar Rinching Section 4 are facing the cemetery which some might think it is not an auspicious thing to have your home facing the cemetery especially Chinese. But not all units are facing towards the cemetery so there is nothing much to worry about there.
