And yet, it is practical too as it features large glass windows to allow natural lighting and better ventilation. With more and more lands in Segambut are used for developments by a mix of developers, it is feared that the mixture of the developments might get wrong. One of the biggest concern is that The Serai will be cramped with houses, but lack of amenities to serve the residents.
