Nova Saujana is a freehold, mid-high range development located in Saujana, Shah Alam. The development is expected to be completed in the year 2016 with no hiccups, and the developers are Khuan Choo Development, a subsidiary of Malton Group.
Within Nova Saujana, there is a total of two blocks each having 15 storeys. Four layouts are offered by the developer, having between 2 to 3 bedrooms, and 2 to 3 bathrooms. The square footage varies, ranging from 855 sf to 1,419 sf, and only the largest units come with a balcony. Only larger units come readily with parking space.
The facility deck is located on level 5 of Nova Saujana with a full range of recreational facilities spanning the two blocks. In terms of fitness facilities, there is an infinity swimming pool complete with wading pool, gymnasium, sauna swell as a yoga pavilion. Other facilities include a barbecue area, multi-purpose hall, library, nursery and games court as well.
Nova Saujana is located strategically in terms of proximity to amenities. For the shopping enthusiasts, there are many shopping centers within a 10 to 15 minute drive including but not limited to the Paradigm Mall, Citta Mall, Sunway Pyramid, Subang Parade and Empire Shopping Gallery, to name a few. The nearest commercial hub is located in SS6 where banks and eateries could be found, a mere 2 kilometers away. The nearest hospital is the Kelana Jaya Medical Centre, which is a short drive away.
In terms of accessibility, Nova Saujana is nestled in the middle of 5 main roads that leads to various parts of Shah Alam. This includes the Federal Highway, Lebuhraya Damansara - Puchong (LDP), Sprint Highway, New Pantai Expressway (NPE), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), and the Guthrie Corridor. The Subang Sultan Abdul Aziz Airport is easily accessible as well.
Small units of Nova Saujana from the developer do not come with parking, and certain late-comers had to pay as much as RM42,000 for a single parking bay. This practice of not including the parking in the selling price is despicable on the part of the developer. The location of the development is good allowing for convenient access to many parts of Shah Alam. However, Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang leading to the Subang Airport faces very bad traffic congestion at times during the day leading to the Federal Highway.
