Happy New Year TC Yap, First of all, if you wish to work with developers, I would recommend that you check and look carefully into the terms and conditions of your Joint Ventures. There are many good developers out there with good terms for you. It is still important to be cautious. Secondly, though your land is decent in size, it is not big enough for many types of common developments. Perhaps you can make a valuation on your land and look at what's the upside potentials. Answered to Why USJ properties seem to remain 'low'
USJ is now considered an old area where the price is already stagnant. It was created after Subang Jaya became established. Moreover, not many in that location are selling or buying property. Prices of property there are determined by willing buyer, willing seller basis. Anyway, it could be potential hidden gems amongst the landed units. Ray Mak |
