Teega is a massive luxury development located in Puteri Harbour, Johor. Developed by an award winning developer, UEM Sunrise (previously known as UEM Land), Teega is scheduled for completion on 2016. This development has three 41 storey buildings which comes with 2 condominium towers and 1 serviced apartment tower.
A total of 736 condominiums and 556 serviced apartments are built and the entire project sits on a land area of 10.08 acres. Teega is a development by UEM Sunrise who also developed Nusa bayu, Impiana, imperia, Nusa Idaman, East Ledang, Arcoris and 28 Mont Kiara. Teega was an instant hit when it was launched since all it's units were sold out just within few days. Buyers were literally queuing up to try their luck to grab the best unit. Rebate was also given to the early bird, which makes the launch price around RM700 psf. Most of the buyers are foreigners, specifically Singaporeans.
Buyers were given opportunity where they can place booking with less than RM10,000. Free legal fee on SPA and loan agreement, as well as free stamp duty was also given as part of the promotion. The units also comes with kitchen cabinet, hob and hood, air-fond in living hall and bedrooms, together with water heater in the bathroom. It's impossible to get this property with less than RM1,000 psf in the future.
