Imperia (also known as Imperia @ Puteri Habour) is an on-going condominium development located in the heart of Nusajaya. Developed by renowned UEM Sunrise, this residence is scheduled for completion by end of 2015. This residence was launched in the late 2011 for the price of RM900 psf and above, depending on the unit's view. The entire project was sold out just within a year.
Imperia is located quite closely to our neighbouring country, whereby most of the buyers are foreigners, especially Singaporeans. They find the property worth buying as their currency value is high compared to our Malaysian Ringgit. Besides, the properties in Johor are catching up due to the fact that it attracts foreigners.
