    There have been numerous break-in cases in Kenanga Apartment. There have even been a few break-in cases within a week. Police officers have been urging residents to get to know their neighbors better in order to be able to help fight crimes as they often stress that neighbors are resident's first line of defense within the community.

    Besides the break-in cases, there has also been a lot of complaints last year regarding the use of the gymnasium in Kenanga Apartment. Residents of the apartment have been waiting for over a year to use the gymnasium at the apartment as it was closed for maintenance.

    Residents of Kenanga Apartment have been inquiring regarding the maintenance work at the gymnasium as they have not seen any work being done there. Stratified Property Management which manages the apartment could not come up with a satisfactory answer and residents are not happy with this as they are still paying maintenance fees every month for these facilities. However, although the gymnasium has been reopened now, some exercise equipments are still in poor condition.

    However, Kenanga Apartment remains one of the most popular properties along Jalan Wawasan as it is situated near to Setia Walk and many have stated that the properties in the Pusat Bandar Puchong will appreciate due to further developments within the area.
