Taman Puchong Perdana can be easily spotted by a beautiful As-Salam Mosque located at the lakeside before the entrance. Being an established residential neighborhood, Taman Puchong Perdana is fully equipped with basic amenities such as petrol stations (Caltex, Petronas and Esso) and schools namely SMK Puchong Perdana, SRK Puchong Perdana and SRK Puchong Perdana.
There is a neighborhood shopping centre nestled at the centre of the residential area named Puchong Perdana Complex that contains aplenty stores. The commercial centre component contains clinics, restaurants, PPMJ Supermarket and 7-Eleven. There are also McDonaldâ€™s and KFC fast food chains nestled in this area.
Adding to that, the community of Taman Puchong Perdana has pooled funds amounted RM15,000 to set up the first police beat base sited along Jalan Perdana 2/1 in the end of 2009. The beat base is set up as a meeting point for the police and residents. It is a joint effort by the local community and Bukit Puchong community policing.
Taman Puchong Perdana is strategically positioned in between Puchong and USJ vicinities. It enjoys a vast array of amenities including shopping centers and hypermarkets such as Setia Walk, Giant, Tesco and IOI Mall. In addition, it is within close proximity to the integrated One City development in USJ 25.
