    Saujana Puchong is an affordable landed property development, which is close to the heart of the popular and fast-growing area of Puchong. Although it was first developed by the now bankrupt Talam Corporation, it has been bought over by IJM Corporation's Expand Factor. The residential area is growing with various amenities and facilities added such as day care, bus stops, laundrette, petrol station, mini marts, restaurants and house of worships.
