Millennia City is a lakeside integrated commercial development by Millennium Land (MLSB). It is expected to be completed in year 2013 and will comprise a retail mall, office suites and a hotel (Hilton Garden Inn).
Millennia City will be sited on a plot of land measuring 100 acres which is set to comprise of M Square which is a 380,000 sf 6-storey mall that will be linked to the 255-room Hilton Garden Inn. In addition, a huge Street Mall which comprises of 13 blocks of 6-storey retail and office units will also be built there.
Besides that, Millennia City also offers retail units with built-up area ranging from 220 sf to 3,581 sf. Facilities such as 3,250 parking bays, business centre, convention hall with a seating capacity of up to 1,200 and playground are also provided.
Tenants and patrons of Millennia City get to enjoy the wide selection of retail outlets that it has to offer but also the many amenities provided by the neighboring residential developments such as the shop lots area at Taman Puchong Prima which is situated along Jalan Prima 5/4 where they can find clinics, restaurants, optical stores, pet shops and more.
Basically everything is within a short drive or a short walk away from Milennia City including the popular landmark, IOI Mall, Tesco, Giant and Carrefour. KPMC Puchong is the nearest established medical centre located to Millennia City which is about a 10 minutes short drive away from Damansara-Puchong Highway.

However, the potential of the appreciation remains doubtful following its high price tag and not-so-strategic location.
Millennium Land is also looking at Millennia City as an investment and is planning to sell a part of the units on a compulsory leasehold basis. Apart from that, they will also offer their buyers a guarantee return of approximately 6% to 6.6%.
