    Vista Angkasa is very tired and run down. Its management team does not maintain it very well. It can be seen from outside of the condominium which the area is dirty and the paint is fading. According to a resident, they always have problem with the lift. And sometimes, they have to wait for 1 year for it to be fixed.

    Besides that, parking woes is another issue here since most residents are students or young working professionals who stay with 3 to 20 friends. Hence, most of them park their car at the roadsides. Each unit is only allowed to park 1 to 2 cars inside the condominium.

    In addition, there is a lot of break-in cases reported from time to time at Vista Angkasa. This is due to its low security since the condominium is too crowded and the guards cannot differentiate between residents and outsiders. Therefore, anybody (including thieves) can easily walk in or even drive into the condominium. Besides house break-ins, some of them claimed that they have lost their cars and motorcycles inside the condominium.
