The closest form of public transportation would be RapidKL Pandan Jaya and RapidKL Pandan Indah, both of which are withing a 1km radius.
Pandan Perdana is a matured township which is strategically located within close proximity to many prominent areas. Residents will find it easy to commute to and fro city centre, if at all there is a necessity, as almost everything can be obtained without having to leave the vicinity. Investment-wise, this area might have huge potential considering the fact that it is currently filled with many new developments which is expected to draw in huge number of population. As such, property prices within the enclave are expected to increase steadily over the years.
Apart from that, there are several complaints in regards to general maintenance of the area. It is reported that some of the pedestrian pavement are broken and have not been repaired for many months. There were also reports on unwanted and criminal activities happening around the vicinity.
