A vast array of amenities can be easily found in D'Pines. It is just mere minutes away from Axis Atrium that houses Carrefour as its anchor tenant and several fast food chains and restaurants.
It is also near to Hero, Giant, Tesco Ampang, Galaxy Ampang and Ampang Point Shopping Centre. Right next to the condominium is SRK Taman Nirwana. The developer of D'Pines, City Motors Group is an established company since 1965, started as a motor-car trading company. The Group has diversified its business into several areas including property, plantation, orchard, education and medical services. However, it is noted that the management of the developer's previous project has been horrible, with many resident complaints and even a court lawsuit. The directors of the company still owe maintenance fees on their units there, which should be noted as an indication of their ethical policy.
In property industry itself, the Group has built numerous developments, including the entire Taman Nirwana itself that consists of shop-houses, double storey terraces, single storey terraces and condominiums (Sri Pinang Villa and Palm Villa). However, there were several complaints on a condominium management several years back. And a case was brought to court.
With loads of new developments these days are launched around RM400 psf and just located in Bukit Jalil, Shah Alam and Puchong, D'Pines sounds like a good investment after all. It is affordable and yet strategically located minutes away from KL city centre. Comparing it with other newly built condominiums - Axis Pandan and Ampang Putra Residency are currently being asked for RM335 and RM340 respectively. Without a doubt, D'Pines will definitely make a handsome profit for its investors.
