Bukit Pandan 2 is a condominium located at the heart of Pandan Perdana that has been well-maintained ever since its date of completion more than a decade ago. It has been claimed that the Management has decided to give the whole condominium a fresh, new look by repainting the entire exterior in order to maintain the property's image and value.

The Bukit Pandan 2 was developed by Brisdale Resources, which is under the mother company of Brisdale Holdings. The holdings company itself is actually a subsidiary of the state-owned company Kumpulan Hartanah, and they managed to deliver vacant possession for the condominium as early as the year 2000 as well as the certificate of occupation which was also issued. Other properties which can be found nearby the condominium include the Vista Perdana, the Pandan Height and a little further off, the Ascadia Lake View.

The entire project was planned out into three separate blocks in order to fully maximise the space of the land and each block consists of 27 storeys. It is built next to the Bukit Pandan Condominium 1 and therefore, it shares similar amenities within equal distances. Bukit Pandan 2 is the only freehold property available at Pandan Perdana. There are dedicated car park lots within the compound of the condominium for visitors as well as large spacious sections outside where they may park. The outer section of the condominium also has a bus stop and a taxi stand.

It is relatively easy to locate the Bukit Pandan 2 Condominiums as the 3 blocks are nearby to One Shamelin Shopping Complex, banks, shop lots and a police station. Residents will be very much benefited as the condominium has so easy access to Pandan Indah, Pandan Jaya, PGRM, Jalan Pudu, Taman Maluri Cheras (where the Maluri LRT and Pandan Jaya LRT Station is); all of those are within a 5 to 8 minute drive away.

The nearest school to be found is the SMK Seri Bintang Selatan, a 15 minute walk from the condo. SK Seri Bintang Utama is behind SMK Bintang Selatan, a 10 minutes walk away but within viewing distance. A 5 minute drive will bring one to Sungai Wang, Low Yatt, Timesquare, and it takes a mere 7 minutes to KLCC via the major highways at which the condo is strategically situated nearby such as the MRR2 and Jalan Tun Razak.

    This is a good location for prospective residents looking for a condo that is secluded far from the hustle and bustle of city life and also if their children attend schools nearby. Bukit Pandan 2 is built in an quiet area but one which is close to necessary amenities. The closest mall is Taman Maluri Jusco Shopping Centre situated along Jalan Jejaka, around a 30 minute drive from the condo. The security feature in this condominium is quite good as it is maintained around the clock with regular patrols and each unit's intercom directly connected to guardhouse for extra safety in the case of an emergency.

    However, it must be mentioned that the condo is situated rather far back in the neighborhood and as a result, can be quite an inconvenience, and possibly a hassle, to navigate without a personal vehicle. The closest transport hub for non-drivers, however, is the RapidKL Maluri and it is around a 20 minute bus ride from the condominium. Pandan Jaya RapidKL is a 35 to 40 minute bus ride from the condo and it is found along Jalan Pandan Indah.
