Nonetheless, Kuchai area is dubbed to be good property investment spot as it is being located at the centre of Klang Valley. With upcoming new launches of condominium as far as Bukit Jalil tagged at about RM400 psf nowadays, it is believed that Gembira Residen should be able to touch RM450 psf after it is completed. However, it still depends on the MRT / LRT development, as well as number of new supplies since there are plenty of new launches within the vicinity.
