The Ritz-Carlton Residences is actually a new project that is replacing the RM700 millions Berjaya Central Park. The development is managed by the Ritz-Carlton Hotel which is an expert in managing luxury hospitality and high-valued real estate. Hence, the developer believes that with Ritz-Carlton’s expertise, The Ritz-Carlton Residences will be attracting some wealthy customers especially expatriates.

Other than being managed by the well-known developers, the great location of this project is also another selling point, in spite of the selling price is so expensive. For example, some other high-end properties like The Binjai and The Troika along Jalan Binjai at KLCC are getting good response also, even though the selling price is similar and even higher than The Ritz-Carlton Residences.
