6 Stonor is another state-of-art condominium to carve our KL city centre skyline. Nestled within the grandeur KLCC enclave, it is sited right in between Park Seven and Zen Spa, along Jalan Stonor, and developed by the reputable Tan & Tan.
6 Stonor is a 30-storey condominium tower that comprises 106 units with built-up sizes in between 2,800 sf and 8,000 sf with a price tag from RM1,200 psf. It was supposed to be launched in 2009.
Strategically nestled amidst sky-high modern skyscrapers, 6 Stonor enjoys arrays of amenities surrounding it. It is just a stone throw away to Suria KLCC, Avenue K and Bukit Bintang shopping belt, that consists of Pavilion KL, Fahrenheit, Starhill Gallery, Sg Wang Plaza and Lot 10 to name a few.
Adding to that, 6 Stonor is also meters away from the serene KLCC Park and Royal Selangor Golf Club. A number of embassies are merely few meters away including the ones from Belgium, Germany, Vietnam, United States and Pakistan. For nightlife, one can always jump to bars and clubs along Jalan P. Ramlee.
Accessibility-wise, 6 Stonor can be accessed via Jalan Kia Peng, Jalan Stonor and Jalan Conlay. These roads also are connected with Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Ampang. Furthermore, it is mere minutes driving away from KLCC RapidKL LRT station and Raja Chulan Monorail station.
Unlike Tan & Tan previous developments, 6 Stonor is going for an en-bloc sale for RM500 million. According to its executive director, Teh Boon Ghee in 2008, there were many foreign investors interested to purchase it for en-bloc. This might be true as the developer has not launched the project for public ever since.
Last report heard from the developer regarding 6 Stonor was it is put on hold as the developer is eying on investment in the property markets abroad, pushing for the Garden All-Suite Residences and North Office Towers, as well as other in-going developments, such as 20 Ampang Hilir and 3 Desa Pandan.
