Analysis

There are not many fascinating view enjoyed from the units at The Palladium. Even though it is situated within KL city centre, the city view is blocked by AKLEH. Hence, residents can only enjoy its surrounding neighborhood views. The management of The Palladium has been consistently upkeeping and maintaining the condominium’s facilities. Previously, it has replaced the main gate, re-painted the whole building exterior (in early 2000s) and upgraded the lifts. On the whole, this condominium is well maintained.

For investment and even own stay, it is recommended to look for Block 14 and 16, as both blocks condition is much better. Pricing wise, The Palladium is currently priced around RM250 psf. About 3 years back, this condominium was priced below RM200 psf (from RM187 psf to RM195 psf). Even though the price of The Palladium has increased tremendously recently, there is still potential for it to hike further, following the price of Gurney Heights is currently around RM265 psf. In terms of rental, most claimed that it can be easily rented out for around RM1.50 psf.
