Taman Wangsa Permai Kepong was Monteron Development’s maiden project. The developer is now working on another residential housing project called “Northgate Avenue” at Pengkalan Hulu. The ironic thing about Taman Wangsa Permai is that it is accessibility to so many amenities and main roads are also the biggest bane to those living in this area. Currently, there are over 40,000 people residing around the enclave and yet there is only one main road (Persiaran KIP 2) leading out of the residential area.

Besides that, rampant illegal parking and a poor traffic dispersal system is also what’s causing the time-wasting jam.
