Mas Kipark are low-cost apartments but with plenty of condo-type facilities, from swimming pool to playground, salon, self-service Laundromat, 24hr security and more. The apartments were part of the pilot project for KIP Group to develop 120 acres of land in Kepong Industrial Park area.     Mas Kipark is a cosy apartment property with many facilities enjoyed by high-rise condos. Maintenance fees are about RM0.14 psf which is pretty affordable for all the facilities provided. A downfall is that there are no covered parking lots and the built up of each apartment is small. Parking bays are surrounding the perimeter and facing each respective unit. The property seems to be maintained well, clean and well-kept even though the property is at least 6 years old.

    It is a nice neighborhood which is self-contained with many amenities, within the property and even the surroundings. Families like the area as there are schools and even a university college within walking distance. Rental is very reasonable at RM 700-800 per unit.     The area, KIP (Kepong Industrial Park) is just 10-15 minutes away from The Curve and Ikea Shopping district in Mutiara Damansara.
