Ixora Apartment is situated in a quite and serene area whereby some units enjoy luscious greenery as their view of the forest reserve is just behind the apartment.
However, there have been complains on water disruptions in Taman Wangsa Permai which occurred are very often and sometimes can happen up to three times in a week. Residents in Taman Wangsa Permai also claim that sometimes, water disruption lasts up to 12 hours.

There are also issues with the African-American in that area whereby there were complaints on harassment towards local women and these people also blast the music too loud at night. However, the Gombak chief assistant commissioner claimed that this is just a cultural difference.

Crime rate at Taman Wangsa Permai has also been on the high in the last few months.
