Taman Ukay Prima (also known as Prima Ukay) is a 20 acre mixed development in Kemensah, near Melawati area. It has been developed into a gated and guarded residential development consisting of town villas and semi-detached homes. Otherwise, it is a good place for people to be in harmony with nature, as it is next to a forest reserve.
Being an older establishment, many of the houses have been renovated by the owners. One house may not be the same with its neighbour. Kemensah is one of the few areas that still have greeneries that are not yet exploited.
