The development of Prima Villa features open concept, which means each unit is a bare unit and does not come with any furnishing or freebies like buyers used to get. This concept is still new in this country, and it is originated from the western countries. Via this concept, home owner is free to design their house according to one’s creativity and preference. Hence, each home here has its own look and identity. There are some drawbacks too – owner has to fork out additional sum of money for renovation, and there is a risk for resident to live next to a weird looking house.

Due to massive number of new developments in the vicinity these days, Kemensah and Melawati vicinity seemed crowded and high dense. Not only that, traffic congestion along MRR2 nearby the area seemed to get worse as well. In terms of pricing, the price of Prima Villa seems reasonable.
