SunwayMas Commercial Centre is a freehold commercial centre nestled at Taman Bukit Mayang Mas, Petaling Jaya. It was developed by SunwayMas Sdn Bhd, a member of Sunway Holdings Incorporated.

In terms of accessibility, it is quite hard to access SunwayMas Commercial Centre. The main accesses into the area are from Jalan Bukit Mayang Emas and Lebuh Bandar Utama. Via Jalan Bukit Mayang Emas, one has to pass Aman Suria commercial centre first before reaching SunwayMas. Same goes with Lebuh Bandar Utama which one has to pass Kampung Cempaka before arrive at SunwayMas.
Looking at its price, SunwayMas Commercial Centre is a great place for start-up companies and businesses. Its rental and selling price are considerably low compared to others in the market.
