Answered to D'aman Ria Condominium worth for investment?
Understand from my friends who been staying there for more than 2 years, they are really happy with everything and they don't feel like want to move even there have quite a good offer for them! The price gone up from 220k-350k within 2years. This is a good return, isn't it? Also, if comparing around condo in that area,eg D'aman Crimson having much more higher density and the price is more less the same. Most frustrating is Crimson is so near to the highway. Also, some condo nearby the Citta mall are having higher price but there are leasehold. |
