as your info, desa putra a lot of unit rent to foreiner normally, but as your semi furnished unit are not valueable to rent, its ard 1700... why don sell it off and invest in other property. there is a lot of new condo coming up, and if your financial flexible why dont try on shop lot. ROI will be more higher. |
