the developer, Plenitude Heights, is now selling the high floors from 18th onwards..the view from that height up must be awesome!

You can call Plenitude to check but i believe the selling price is about 700psf now..

For me, if have the $$, would go for the 2000+sf units..:)

Ara damansara has a lot of catalysts going for it and Oasis sime darby is one of them..D aman ria is dead as that was before oasis..
with more and more large corporate bodies and banks moving into Ara Damansara, they obviously see a potential for growth in this area..

This condo is in a superb location IMO..it is on an elevated ground so the views are amazing....its right opposite the Hard rock Cafe and in the famed area of Batu Ferringhi which will appeal to foreigners ..
heard from a friend who had access to the interior that the panaromic sea view from the balcony is amazing..

in addition there is only one block of condos surrounded by bungalows all in one development - quite exclusive i must say..
