    The location of Permai Ria is very strategic for those who are working in the KL area. It is very near to the city centre of KL and thus, there is no need to start off journey to office very early in the morning. Besides that, Permai Ria is also a very nice residential area since there are many public amenities available. Thus, it is good for own stay (if you are working somewhere in KL or Kepong area) and also for investment purpose. Both the rental and selling price are quite reasonable compared to other condominiums in KL area.

    Looking at the completion date, Permai Ria is considered old which is almost 14 years. However, it is still worth to invest in a unit or two here as the prices of property located very near to KL are expected to rise every year.
