Kiara East is a 20-acre integrated development of villas, condo-styled suites, lofts and f&b retail, all connected via walking. It is located at the border of Jalan Ipoh and Jalan Kuching and is linked directly to Jalan Duta, Bukit Tunku and east of Mont Kiara. Neighbouring residential areas include Taman Wahyu, Taman Mastiara and Taman Tasik Indah.
Kiara East has two 33-storey blocks service apartments (Dex Suites) with a total number of units available is 672. Each unit is 698 sf fully furnished studio apartments (1+1 Bedrooms) or combo unit with 1,400 sf. It hosts several modern facilities such as sky lounge, gymnasium and lap pool.
Apart from its excellent location which is closed to Mont Kiara, there are ample facilities located nearby the site. There are four schools located within 1 km radius, namely SK Tiara Permai, SKJC Mun Choong, SRK Sri Delima and SK Batu Muda. Even though its name starts with “Kiara”, this new development does not even next to the posh Mont Kiara enclave. It is indeed a couple of minutes’ drive away from Mont Kiara.

In line with the concept of a walkable park-life scheme, Kiara East is designed with dedicated traffic ramps that can take all of the car arrivals directly into the elevated car parks, therefore ensuring that Kiara East remains one of the most pedestrian friendly schemes in KL. That could be good news for those who would like enjoy their leisure time at commercial sites but prefer to avoid the traffic.
