Mutiara Gombak is a mixed development that comprises semi-detached houses, 2-storey linked houses, shop houses, apartments, a recreational park and a lake. The development of Mutiara Gombak consists of 2 phases. Both types are priced reasonably, which the 2-storey linked house is priced from RM328,800 to RM490,000 while the semi-detached house is priced from RM565,000 to RM838,000.

It is just next to the primary and secondary schools, and other educational institutes are just within a stone's throw away.
