Location wise, still far from the town and yet another targeted investment for foreigners by looking at the price and location (some sort like a resort for them). Hence if you buy for rental, sorry, its hard to get it rent out. Most foreigners buy as 2nd home or resort house. Even if you buy for 5 to 7 years capital gain later, the price is so so. To make it short, plenty of town investment in Penang, e.g go for Gurney Drive location, latest would be Paragon if still available but the price has shoot up! Just add another RM200K you can get one Paragon. The Light project by IJM near Jelutong Expressway has also shoot up a bit but its not too late even though its a reclaimed land. Condos in Penang, scary price! But still a good investment. Some says the price hike not as expected in KL or Selangor but if you get the right buyer, you'll be suprise. Sell to foreigners bro!
