Sri Putramas II (also known as Sri Putramas 2 or Royal Domain) is a high density condominium located along Jalan Kuching in Dutamas area.
Sri Putramas II comprises of four blocks, namely Kingsgate, Kingsbury, Queensgate and Queensbury, with a total of 1,022 units. It offers nine types of layout with built-up ranging from 1,125 to 1,400 sf with full condominium facilities.

Unfortunately, like many well-known areas in Kuala Lumpur, residents at Sri Putramas II have to face bad traffic congestion at the U-turn near to Sri Putramas I, which is due to bad road planning. Motorists coming from Jalan Kuching have to make a U-turn to get to both Sri Putramas condominiums. Even for motorists coming from the government apartments in Jalan Dutamas have to make a U-turn to get onto Jalan Kuching. The problem is worst during peak hours.
Traffic congestion in Jalan Kuching is as bad as one can recall several years ago. Even though there have been new interchanges and highways built, the traffic remains as bad as before due to increasing numbers of motorist. With the openings of the flyovers that link Jalan Duta to Jalan Ipoh, and Jalan Kuching to Jalan Duta, it seems to ease the traffic a bit. Plus, motorists do not have to take the cramped Segambut roundabout to get to government offices or Petaling Jaya.
Nevertheless, considering the convenient location with condo facilities and aplenty of amenities nearby, Sri Putramas II is considered as a good investment, as it is strategically located near to KL city centre, Mont Kiara and Sri Hartamas vicinity. Plus, this area is still young and has a great potential to be developed soon.
