Hartamas Regency 1’s residents have two routes to use to get to their condo. This two routes are through Jalan Duta and through Sri Hartamas / Mont Kiara. Residents do experience heavier traffic in the mornings and evenings which is the rush hour traffic which is also experienced by Solaris Dutamas and Mont Kiara residents.

Previously the developer of Hartamas Regency 1, PJ Development has quite a bad property management record from its previous developments which includes for example the Endah Puri. However, now the management has changed over to JL Facilities Management which have quite a few properties in their portfolio and has reportedly handed over 3,000 units of strata-title properties with a proven track record. Furthermore, security will hardly be an issue for residents, as the security firm handling the security is a top notch company.

Hartamas Regency 1 has a fresh look which augurs well for the look and feel of the condominium. Its dark grey/light grey color has given a new look to complement its strategic location within the Mont Kiara area. In terms of investment, the price and rental have recently seen an appreciation as compared with other condominiums in Mont Kiara area, as it is getting popular among expatriates because of its location. It has seen some new owners recently which has seen the average transacted price psf moving upwards.

Now, there are a number of Koreans, Japanese and French living in Hartamas Regency 1 due to close proximity to Solaris which is host to a number of restaurants.
