The Ridgewood is 2-storey semi-detached homes nestled on the edge of Desa ParkCity hill in a gated and guarded community. These semi-detached homes are all located along Jalan Desa Bistari, at the middle of going uphill. Each unit comes with long balcony and water feature at the private garden.

There are Penchala Link Highway, Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and SPRINT Highway to serve residents. It is just 5 km away to Bandar Utama via LDP and 22 km to KLCC via LDP and SPRINT highways.

Amongst the entire developments in Desa ParkCity, The Ridgewood is indeed the most exclusive ones so far. It is adjacent on the edge of a hill which overlooking lush greenery of the park and well-arranged Desa ParkCity neighborhood. Besides that, there are only 30 units available.
Would you fork out RM3 million out of your pocket to get yourself a semi-detached home or you will go for a bungalow instead? I think the answer is quite clear; most of us would go for a bungalow around Damansara and Taman Tun Dr Ismail instead of The Ridgewood. But if you really like to stay in Desa ParkCity and have deep pocket to own one, you should go for it. Even though it is not the best investment, the price will surely appreciate in the future.
