As residents of LeVenue have access to the club facilities, parks and other amenities offered by Perdana Park City in Desa ParkCity, APBH only needs to provide a small playground and good landscaping that fits in with the general development theme of the area. This enables APBH to focus on the design and layout of the units with plenty of cross ventilation and other features such as beautiful and spacious courtyards and fishponds available inside the units.
However, by having a quite large courtyard that took up too much of the usable space of the house, it makes the living and dining area look slightly smaller and cramped.
Investment wise, the price of LeVenue has gone up tremendously to at least RM970,000. As most terraces in Desa ParkCity are tagged around RM1.5 million these days, there is high potential for LeVenue’s price to escalate further.
