Damansara Heights is a desired neighborhood for its exclusivity and expensive properties. Most residential here are quite old and very expensive. It is also strategically located in between Sri Hartamas, Mont Kiara and Bangsar. It is also within 15 minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur city centre.

Desa Damansara is famous for being a preferred residential for the high profile individuals including former top bankers and ex-ministers. Besides that, it is also famous for the alleged sodomy case between Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) leader, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan. Desa Damansara is located near to TNB power tension cable lines. Try to get unit which is not facing the high tension cable lines. Even though there is a huge price difference between units these units, but the difference would be really worth it.

Investment wise, the rental yield of Desa Damansara is quite low compared to its selling price, and most claimed that it is over-priced at above RM500 psf. Even though Desa Damansara prices recorded good appreciation several years ago, most believed that the prices are stagnant nowadays.
